Protection when it matters
20 % completion security
20 % of the construction sumIn addition to the agreed payment schedule, Richter Haus takes out completion insurance covering 20 % of the construction sum, providing extra security during the build.
Builder's risk insurance included
Included in the priceThe builder's risk insurance included in the contract price protects the house under construction against unforeseeable damage – for example storm, flooding, vandalism, theft of installed components and certain design or material defects.
Fire insurance for the shell included
From the shell onwardsCover starts while the house is still being built. The shell fire insurance protects the structure in particular against fire, lightning and explosion damage.
Quality that is checked
Multi-stage TÜV supervision
3 or 4 inspectionsThree TÜV inspections are provided for houses with a base slab and four for houses with a basement. For each assessment the TÜV produces a detailed report, which is made available both to the clients and to Richter Haus.
Verified airtightness
With test reportEvery house built by Richter Haus is tested for airtightness by a specialist company. The result is documented in a test report.
Clarity about the ground
2 deep boringsThe included soil survey comprises two borings down to five metres, or six metres for houses with a basement. The results form an important basis for planning and foundations.
Enhanced burglary protection
As standardAs standard our windows have several mushroom-head locking points and handles with a push button. The front door has multi-point locking, two automatic latch bolts and a continuous striker plate.
Smoke alarms included
Included in the priceSmoke alarms in bedrooms, living rooms, children's rooms and hallways are already included in the construction price.
Reliability you can plan with
Twelve-month fixed price
12 monthsFor the contractually defined scope of works Richter Haus agrees a fixed price for twelve months. The relevant date is named in the building contract. Individual changes and additional wishes are agreed separately and transparently.
Free right of withdrawal
Can be agreed in the contractIn addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, a free right of withdrawal can be agreed in the building contract. Depending on the agreement it applies if financing is demonstrably not possible or the intended land purchase demonstrably falls through.
Contractually agreed construction time
In the building contractThe construction time for the works carried out by Richter Haus is bindingly set out in the building contract, together with its start, the necessary preconditions and possible reasons for extension.

The specific scope of works and insurance is governed by the respective building contract, the associated specification of works and the applicable insurance conditions.
