Competent support and personal commitment – highly recommended!

We carried out our house building project with Richter Haus and are very satisfied with the cooperation throughout. From the first consultation to moving in, we were supported reliably and transparently.

We would particularly like to highlight:

• Mr Lusch (Sales): Thank you very much for the always friendly, competent and patient support.

• Ms Mohneke Richter (Management): We greatly appreciated that she was personally involved in our project!

All agreements were kept, our individual wishes were taken into account and communication was always open. We felt in good hands at all times and can recommend Richter Haus without reservation!

We searched for a long time for a house building company whose price and performance met our requirements and finally decided on Richter Haus. Looking back, this was the best decision we could have made. From the very beginning we were comprehensively supported in all areas of our building project (planning, registrations, applications, etc.). The building company, above all Ms Mohneke-Richter, was always available and our dream house was realised in a very short time. Changes that came up at short notice were incorporated immediately. We always felt in very good hands, have nothing to complain about and can recommend this company with a clear conscience.

❤ Thanks to the building company Richter Haus GmbH

A dream has come true – our house is standing!

At this point I would like to thank Richter Haus GmbH, especially the managing director Ms Mohneke-Richter, from the bottom of my heart.

We came to Richter Haus through a recommendation, as many of our friends have already built with Richter Haus – and all of them are delighted!

From the first conversation through planning to the handover of the keys, everything was carried out professionally, transparently and with great passion. The whole team did a great job: reliable, competent and always open to our wishes.

I was particularly impressed by how carefully and precisely the work was done – every detail shows that people with heart and expertise were at work here. Even in stressful phases the team remained friendly, solution-oriented and committed.

Ms Mohneke-Richter always took time for us – whether large or small requests for changes, she always did her best to support her clients.

Today we are overjoyed to move into our new home – a place where we feel completely at ease.

Many thanks to the whole Richter Haus team for making our dream of a home of our own come true so beautifully and smoothly.

We can recommend you without reservation! 🏡✨

Built with Richter Haus in 2024. Town villa in Berlin Reinickendorf. 122 square metres with various special requests. Everything worked out perfectly. The boss had everything under control. She was surely sometimes annoyed by our late extra wishes (it can hardly be otherwise 😅), but didn't show it. In that context: thank you for the planning support and the ideas! There were no problems, small things were dealt with quickly. Construction time was met. Christmas in our own four walls – that was unforgettable! Conclusion: absolutely recommended.

We had our handover 1.5 months ago and have now been living in our new house for 3 weeks. Even though (as with every new build) there are still one or two small things to adjust, we are very satisfied with the result.

As with all building projects among our friends, we also had one or two problems. For us it was mainly a burst water pipe on the neighbouring driveway 1–2 weeks after the basement floor slab had been poured. After the excavation was turned into a swimming pool, quite a few things (e.g. soil conditions) naturally had to be rechecked and continuing construction according to plan was out of the question. Fortunately, the insurance company proved very accommodating, and Ms Mohneke-Richter took us "by the hand" to solve the problem step by step together.

If we were to build again, I would most likely come back to Richter Haus ...

Richter Haus – the right decision of our lives!!!

Before we share our great experience with Richter Haus in a little more detail, we would like to thank the Mohneke-Richter family, Mr Lusch and all the trades involved once again.

We are finally allowed to move into our beautiful house in Berlin and still can't believe that this dream is true.

In spring 2022 we bought the plot and wanted to look for a building company in a relaxed way. Because we were not under time pressure, we really did consult several building companies in Berlin and compared offers. A few building companies were on our "no-go list" right from the start, because our friends and acquaintances had had very bad experiences with them.

After all the consultations and show house visits we realised: there were too many vaguely worded clauses, hidden pitfalls, and the subject matter of the contracts was usually not comprehensively defined, with all sorts of additional packages you were supposed to book etc.… None of them were convincing and they gave us a feeling of uncertainty.

In summer 2022 we happened to talk to an acquaintance who had just finished building his house with Richter, and we immediately went to see it. The house fascinated us and our acquaintance gave us Ms Mohneke-Richter's phone number and email.

Just one day after my email, Mr Lusch, who was responsible for sales and design plans, got in touch. We really liked the first meeting with him at the Richter Haus office on Pariser Platz. Thanks to his professional expertise, he was able to meet our wishes, needs and expectations exactly.

Just a few days later, Mr Lusch sent the soil survey team to our plot while we were still busy with the floor plans.

Without much deliberation we decided on Richter Haus and signed the contract with the managing director, Ms Mohneke-Richter.

After the building permit was granted, everything went according to plan, from the architect's advanced planning to the excavation for the floor slab, etc.

Ms Mohneke-Richter was personally site manager and quickly available for all questions and uncertainties. She always took time for us and was always ready to implement our changes and fulfil our wishes.

With every concern we noticed how important it was to her to satisfy us. Customer satisfaction is her top priority.

All the trades that work with Ms Mohneke-Richter are very reliable and loyal. We found that out through conversations on the building site. In particular Wilk (shell construction), Kaiser (joinery), Kneifel (building services), ETP24 (electrics), Trockenbau Wittenberger.

Small requests for changes on site were always taken up and implemented quickly. We were very happy. Once again, a heartfelt thank you.

Now a friend of ours has also signed the building contract with Ms Mohneke-Richter, and more friends and acquaintances will certainly follow in the future.

We will always recommend Richter Haus and wish Ms Mohneke-Richter, her family and her partner companies all the best and much success for the future.

I can’t express enough gratitude for the exceptional experience I had with Richter Haus in building my dream home. After a disastrous encounter with another construction company that left me disheartened and frustrated, Richter Haus came to my rescue with their professionalism, efficiency, and unwavering support.

From the moment I stepped into their office, I was greeted with warmth and understanding. Ms. Mohneke-Ricter, the CEO, not only spoke English but also went above and beyond to assist me with the daunting paperwork required by the Bauamt. Her personal involvement and dedication were instrumental in navigating through the complexities, making the process seamless and stress-free.

Communication with Richter Haus was exemplary. Clear and transparent dialogues ensured that every aspect of the project was understood and addressed promptly. Despite a minor hiccup with the availability of bathroom tiles from the manufacturer, their swift resolution demonstrated their commitment to keeping the project on track without compromising quality.

Every interaction with the team exuded positivity and energy, instilling confidence and reassurance throughout the construction journey. Their genuine smiles and enthusiastic demeanor were contagious, turning what could have been a daunting experience into an exciting adventure.

One of the most refreshing aspects of working with Richter Haus was their integrity and transparency regarding costs. The initial project price remained unchanged, with no hidden fees or unexpected expenses. Even when faced with delays in bill dispatch from the financing company, Richter Haus maintained trust and understanding, alleviating any concerns on my part.

Transitioning to Richter Haus after a disillusioning start with another company was a game-changer. Despite initially feeling disheartened and disillusioned, Mrs. Mohneke-Richter’s personal involvement reignited my enthusiasm and restored my faith in the project. The speed and efficiency with which Richter Haus operated were nothing short of remarkable, culminating in the timely completion of my home.

I wholeheartedly recommend Richter Haus, especially to fellow expats navigating the complexities of building in Germany. Their professionalism, integrity, and unwavering support make them the epitome of excellence in the construction industry.

Thank you, Richter Haus, for turning my dream home into a reality!
