What sets building with Richter Haus apart
Since 2001 we have been planning and building individual solid houses in Berlin and Brandenburg. Our house ideas are a starting point: what matters is your plot, your wishes and a design that brings both together. We accompany you personally and keep services and processes transparent.
We develop the floor plan and design to suit your plot and your everyday life. Existing house designs provide ideas but do not determine your future home. What is possible we clarify together based on your wishes and the technical and building regulations.
Architects, engineers, site management and craft partners coordinate planning and execution. Materials and constructions are based on the respective house and the agreed building and performance specification. Construction is supervised and inspected throughout.
The building and performance specification makes the agreed scope of services transparent. Individual changes and additional wishes are discussed before they are carried out and agreed separately. This way our clients know which services are planned for their house.
Before construction begins, we discuss the process and the next steps with you in person. During construction our clients have dedicated contacts; a site manager is responsible for each building site. Questions and decisions should be resolved quickly.
The Richter Haus® 12-Star Client Protection bundles the guarantees and services surrounding the building project. Which provisions apply to each individual house is set out in the associated contract documents and explained before the contract is signed.
Our completed houses and the voices of our clients show how different a Richter house can be. By prior arrangement we also offer viewings of selected houses or ongoing building projects.
