Kleinmachnow branch

Richter Haus Kleinmachnow office, Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße 29

Our Kleinmachnow branch is the central point of contact for consultation and planning in Berlin and Brandenburg. It is located in a solid house built by Richter Haus at the edge of the pine forest at Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße 29, where we now have our offices and consultation rooms. Visitors experience our construction method directly instead of only on paper.

On site

A house that
speaks for itself.

Entrance with canopy and paved path — The covered entrance on the street side. Pyramid roof, anthracite windows, photovoltaics on the south side.

Consultation room with glass wall and house board — The consultation room. On the wall the completed houses, on the screen floor plans and elevations.

Meeting table with six seats — Room for six people – enough for clients, planners and contacts at one table.

Workplace in the Kleinmachnow office — A workspace at our branch – where projects are prepared, coordinated and supervised.

Hallway with glass walls and kitchenette — Glass walls keep the building open and bright. At the back the kitchenette, on the left a play corner for our clients' children.
