During interior finishing, a Solid house becomes a personal home. Clients do not have to specify every fitting detail when signing the contract. Many decisions on electrical fittings, bathroom, tiles, interior doors and stairs are made during the construction phase in the respective sampling appointments. Sampling accompanies construction progress. Each trade is specified at the point when the decision is needed – coordinated with the Planning and with the Building and performance specification of the respective house.
Bathroom and sanitary
Washbasins, showers, bathtubs and fittings are selected during sampling. The chosen fittings are coordinated with the building services and pre-wall installations.
Tiles and floor coverings
Format, colour and laying pattern determine the effect of the rooms. Selection takes place in good time before the tiling and flooring work so that material and laying plan match.
Interior doors
Door leaves, frames and fittings are chosen to suit the interior. Dimensions and hinge sides result from the floor plan and are checked before ordering.
Stairs
Type of wood, balustrade and handrail are specified after measurement. The staircase is only manufactured once screed and floor build-up have established the final heights.
Painting and finishing work
Surfaces, colours and the junctions between trades are coordinated at the end and checked by our Site supervision inspected.

01When are the details of the interior finishing specified?
Not all fitting decisions have to be made when the contract is signed. Many details are sampled and specified during the construction phase in line with construction progress. As long as the planning status, construction schedule and technical requirements allow, individual wishes and additional options can be taken into account.
